Last I checked cigarettes arent a form of violent crime


There's an argument to be made that secondhand smoke should qualify as one. 41,000 deaths a year is quite a bit higher than many actual violent crimes, after all.

Ok but the arguement was Syria is safer then a lot of major cities in the U.S.

what about Iran, Iran doesn't have alcohol, is Iran safer to live in than the U.S?
