It's not always exploitation. The people who put in money need to make money too, otherwise why put money in?

look at the definition of exploitation. the word has a negative connotation like the word "consequences", but it's literally true. someone runs a company and uses people's labor to make money. that's the way the system is built, whether you think that's a good thing or a bad thing
