An understandable mistake (basically, the TLer failed to grok a relative phrase, which semantically functions a lot like a prepositional phrase in English, except it ends in a verb that behaves essentially like an adjective [grammar is fun]), if still one of the ones I'd consider a "red flag" in terms of someone being ready to do a translation like this. --- Nonsense.
