It seemed genuinely ridiculous lol I would be legit sad to find out that the whole Pumpkin spitting scene was scripted. A lot of stuff was definitely set up, especially as you get into the later I Love New York episodes, but that first season of Flavor of Love was a gem. Exactly. They obviously figured out a formula when they gave New York (and her mom) a show, but that first season was lightning in a bottle. Similar to the first season of Jersey Shore, really. Beat up the henchmen when he's walking slowly toward you, then dodge.
