I just did some a Baseball Reference play index search

Worst Starter ERAs to win the world series:

1. 1996 Yankees (4.96)
2. 2000 Yankees (4.87)
3. 2006 Cardinals (4.79)
4. 1993 Blue Jays (4.63)
5. 2009 Yankees (4.48)
6. 1987 Twins (4.47)
7. 2015 Royals (4.34)
8. 1936 Yankees (4.33)
9. 1999 Yankees (4.33)
10. 2004 Red Sox (4.31)

2019 Yankees starter ERA is 4.51, so they'd be 5th worst of all time.

So yeah. Arguably the worst, since we can use more than just ERA to evaluate pitchers, but definitely would be one of the worst.
