Because Michael Cohen, Trumps former lawyer, has spilled all the beans to the DA of the southern district of NY. As a matter of fact, Cohen met with them again a few weeks ago while serving his sentence. Michael Cohen has cooperated fully with them. Remember, he knows where the bodies are buried so to speak. If Trump wasnt president he would already be in jail. AND even if he resigns and Pence becomes president he cannot be pardoned for Trumps crimes on a state level. NY state to be exact. So again, he cannot and will not resign. Lol. If he had just not run for president he couldve finished off his life like any other rich fuck.
