[My first thought is that is probably going to tie with ChuChuChu.]

Very cute character (I like the earring for her cat ear hood, for some reason), cute video, cute song... but not the cutest in any of those categories and I'm not the biggest fan of the whole school asthetic it's got going on (or particular into that whole Kohai/Senpai thing in general).

...might be ranked a bit too low, I'll have to think about this again before the ranking is finalized.
