| Zedonra 10/09/19 9:45:39 PM #17: | 36 + ~118 mg in iced tea so 154~ish Really shouldn't have chugged all that tea, I'm being lazy to get a clean glass and drinking it from the 1.5 Liter bottle >_< I almost never have problems falling asleep unless I drink like...a venti white chocolate mocha or 2 from starbucks within 4-6 hrs of bedtime or so...but I haven't done that too many times in my life ...
