Plus a shield helps keep him alive to heal the party Swords gets garbage bonuses for him and idk why he even gets the option to use them when the panels couldve gone to something more useful (like lorewise I get it but the tree feels half-assed) --- I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favorite user on the Citadel.
