It was not easy at first, but it's honestly true that once you get through the first hump or gets less and less difficult. It helps that I was particularly motivated to make a life change this time around. My wife and I have been having problems conceiving, outside of when she miscarried in January and I know that my weight was likely negatively affecting fertility. It breaks my heart every month when she comes out of the restroom in tears. So that is pretty unshakable motivation in and of itself.
