According to statista.com, there's just under 240 million square feet of office space just in midtown Manhattan: https://www.statista.com/statistics/605882/size-of-office-area-manhattan-by-submarket/ Considering most people take up around 1 square foot of ground while standing, you could probably stuff everyone into NYC if they were all standing.
