If hes committed a legitimate crime the district attorney can file charges before the statute of limitations has passed and the case will be held until the President leaves office. There will essentially be a warrant out for his arrest but he cannot be arrested while in office. If charges are never filed then obviously the district attorney doesnt believe that he has the evidence to show that a crime has been committed. --- Que sera, sera.
