We can downgrade to a warning or flat out overturn if a mistake was made. Reducing a suspension to a warning generally happens if a moderator had given too harsh of a punishment 2014 Mini Monster Energy ALL4 Racing X-Raid That happened to me when a mod got all silly and thought I was "harassing someone who has me blocked" even though I wasn't blocked and had already put that user on ignore and reported him for an abusive PM, plus I had directly quoted him which was proof that I (at least at the time) was not blocked.
