Topic	playing subnautica for the first time

At first glance it seems like it's just a survival/crafting game that takes place in the ocean. Knowing that something scary is supposed to happen takes away the creep factor. I mean...I wasn't talking about any of that. I was literally just talking about it being underwater. Like one of the scariest parts of the game was when I was first deep enough that I couldn't see the surface and too high up to see the sea floor. Just floating in an empty abyss.
