I'd really like to have a go at explaining 1+1=14 in detail, but it gets so metaphorical that even a native speaker would have trouble understanding specific lines. Never mind google, I probably would need high level literature to translate this well.

The basic premise is as you said though - the government are lying shitbags, our freedoms are being suppressed, and we should resist.
...Which is what is happening here right now.
