I wonder what would have happened if the victim had a firearm and managed to fire back and kill her instead. Oh he'd have been called a drug addict (he had a bit of weed in his apt apparently), and a thug in a gang and would've been prosecuted months ago. They already tried that by pointing out he had weed in his room. Yeah, that made me so mad when they brought that up.
