Avengers. I think Dark Knight Rises will be better, but I've seen a ton of Batman movies before. What Marvel is doing with Avengers is unprecedented and I hope it works out.
With Spider-Man, it sucks that they're rebooting everything, but I'll give it a chance. I was apprehensive about X-Men: First Class last year and that turned out great, and Andrew Garfield looks like a fantastic Peter Parker so far.
