I'd often draw out fights as long as possible just to hear the song for longer. And it's 100% Cowboy Bebop inspired. PA PA YA! is supposed to just be a fun summer song, I think. Fills the tradition that the group has a song about food on every album, in this case Thai papaya salad. I actually tried it last time I went to a Thai restaurant solely based on the song, it was pretty good. F. Hero, the guest rapper, is apparently a big name Thai rapper.
