William Thompson fell off of his horse and became paelralyzed. He was on his way to negotiate a treaty between Texas and Mexico. Had he not been injured, a picket fence would have been placed outlining the border between Texas and Mexico, ending the confusion of where people could and could not settle. Trump would have never needed to fund a wall that was already there.
Trump could just not be an idiot and that would solve our problems.
