And I'm not trying to defend Phil because I think he is a shell of his former self and somewhat annoying, but he has broken no rules. You all know more about the Twitch ToS than I do, but he's pretty god damn rude to some of his viewers. I would call some of the shit I've hear as harassment. Calling them idiots, talking down to them, ect It seems like he's only rude to trolls or people that say weird shit, and that's pretty justifiable to me. But he could do a better job interacting with genuine comments. I've never seen him harass anyone I've seen him insult plenty of people who were not being antagonistic or weird. I get that you try to give him the benefit of the doubt when possible, but saying that he only insults people who deserve it is just not true.
