But to make your character most appealing to your audience, you have to get them to connect to them. I edited the hell out of Rayleigh's bio and might've hurt myself - when talking about herself, she doesn't sound as smart as she actually is. That's a weakness of hers. I wanted to make that known, while making it still clear that she's smart (she graduated from college a semester early), and making it clear that she doesn't take enough care of herself (which her new boss is trying to get her to work on, could've added that).
