I'm not entirely sure what happened on that second listen, but I apparently really didn't want to hear this at all at the time. Thankfully, second impressions don't count for anything and I'm back to kinda liking it? I still don't think it manages to be more than a fairly standard anime song, but "average anime song" is still decent.

[LATER EDIT: Well average anime songs that don't give me a headache are still decent at any rate...]

...So the first version of me hated the original but liked the remix; the second felt the exact opposite; and I have no idea what they're talking about as I find no appreciable difference in quality between the two at all.

......this scenario is so stupid, I'm just going to move on to the next song without wasting any further time dwelling on it.
