It has the traditional beats of every other story with a hidden treasure with a scary thing trying to scare you, but unlike those games, this one just fit in so well. I think this is the first time I was so engrossed with the mystery itself. And the whole theme of how the family in the manor over 4 centuries came up with puzzles to protect a secret treasure.
