I go out for sushi all the time which is a pretty huge variety. If I had to narrow it down... sea urchin is way up there as well as eel and just straight up tuna or salmon. As for stuff not typically in sushi, I love lobster and scallops It weird. I like seafood (and want to get into sushi), but I don't have in much. Even though I lived in Maryland for like the first 20 years of my life. Though, I am allergic to shellfish, so that explains a little.
