He's just a standard asshole civilian at that point. This story would be no different if he were a racist truck driver or insurance salesman. Regardless, the outcome was totally fair. The police in Nashville reviewed the tapes, arrested him, and charged him with aggravated criminal trespassing and three counts of assault as was deserved. He plead and is now awaiting sentencing, just like any other shithead citizen would. Don't most insurance companies have immediate termination for unprofessional conduct?
