Ground beef is good. And I do mix it in a lot of different stuff.

I like chicken the most, because it's so versatile. I can grill, broil, boil, fry, deep-fry (naked or breaded), sear, steam, rotisserie, braise, sous vide, and smoke it. So many different things to mix it in and it's high protein, usually cheaper, and healthier for me than other meats.

Ground beef is great in tacos, burgers, meatloaf, and all sorts of other things, but it has to be 80/20 otherwise it's not super tasty.

Pork is ok, but it's basically pulled pork or bacon. I'm not a fan of pork chops.

Not a huge fan of steak and I don't like it cooked any way other than medium-medium-well as I get fidgety over raw food.

I like fish and sushi, but I don't eat it a lot because it's expensive where I live. I love fish and chips, though.

Turkey is turkey. Thanksgiving or bust. Anything else and there's more water and sodium in it than I need.

Ham is ok, but it's mostly a seasonal thing or in sandwiches, chopped salads, or in pea soup. Also more sodium and water than I need.

So far, I agree with WC, though. Chicken is my favorite, as well. Because of the same reason. So versatile. And I'm also not a big fan of steak. I mean, it's ok, but probably not something I get a lot. Maybe it's because of the way I've had it prepared, though...

Basically this, and also complimented by something dairy, be it cream or cheese. Also, I do love a good burger.

Cheese is definitely good. And I like it on most things... like burgers!

I love beef ribs. Smoked until they're nice and tender. Then glazed with a lightly sweet BBQ sauce.


That does sound good. Tender with BBQ sauce.
