So many different things to mix it in and it's high protein, usually cheaper, and healthier for me than other meats. Ground beef is great in tacos, burgers, meatloaf, and all sorts of other things, but it has to be 80/20 otherwise it's not super tasty. Pork is ok, but it's basically pulled pork or bacon. I'm not a fan of pork chops. Not a huge fan of steak and I don't like it cooked any way other than medium-medium-well as I get fidgety over raw food. I like fish and sushi, but I don't eat it a lot because it's expensive where I live. I love fish and chips, though. Turkey is turkey. Thanksgiving or bust. Anything else and there's more water and sodium in it than I need. Ham is ok, but it's mostly a seasonal thing or in sandwiches, chopped salads, or in pea soup. Also more sodium and water than I need. So far, I agree with WC, though. Chicken is my favorite, as well. Because of the same reason. So versatile. And I'm also not a big fan of steak. For how common venison is (especially around here), I haven't had any (that I can remember). I wouldn't mind trying venison or bison... Bugmeat posted... I love beef ribs. Smoked until they're nice and tender. Then glazed with a lightly sweet BBQ sauce. That does sound good.
