Now if she had hit and killed someone or this is her 5th or 6th DUI or is she has a long rap sheet, they yea, she'd be going to jail. Pretty sure this is how it works for almost everyone, lot of people in jail, don't need more crowding. If no one got hurt and she gets punished with a fine and community service or loses her license then it's probably fair. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
