For him to be doing the singing, all of the instruments, editing everything together, and to be able to do it all in an incredibly short amount of time? It's amazing. Especially given the hell he was likely going through after Cobain's suicide. ...But "fingernails are pretty, fingernails are good" is...not my favorite lyric in this contest, shall we say? And the rest of the verses aren't much better. It also manages to feel incredibly long, as it goes nowhere and does nothing for four and a half minutes.] I should hate this, but after having it stuck in my head for several days, I've built up a sort of tolerance for it. It will never be one of my favorites, but it has grown on me to a point that I'd say my views of the song are now generally positive. Perhaps if there's a third ranking topic, this will wind up being listed as one of the songs I regret having placed so low--but for now, it should be thankful it escaped the last place it seemed destined for.
