Exactly. People pretending to not see it are either incredibly sheltered or incredibly disingenuous.

Or tourism restaurants know better than to exclude everyone from out of town by banning all casual wear. My cousin runs a restaurant similar to this one with fine dining prices, and they permit casual wear all the same. Hell, he'll show up to work wearing a t-shirt and pants that look like pajama bottoms.
