Baron Corbin bores me, every feud he is put into kills the other person's momentum for months, and his runs as authority figures are overdone and played out. But that was the ****ing best Corbin match I've ever seen, and both him and Gable came out looking like stars. I dread whatever story and booking come next for Corbin, but I'll be damned if he didn't earn it last night. I'm also bitterly happy Gable didn't get the win because he won't be burdened by absolute **** writing the last few kings got. Like, if I trusted WWE to be consistently good, Gable should've won. But hope this gets a Kofi/Ali/Alexander kind of momentum for Gable and he'll have some nice PPV feuds to come.
