INTRODUCTION POST:

First, this ranking is a little different than my first one. There actually a lot of scores for each song this time, though none of them actually matter. This probably won't make much sense, but let's give an example of the format:

====================

#301 [#301]

Name: Nonexistent Song
Origin: Nothing
Link: There is no link because there is no song.

Nominator: No one (0/0)

(0, 0, 0)

[Initial Thoughts]

Actual Write-Up.

====================

IN ORDER:

The first number, #301, tells you where the song placed on the finalized rankings. It is the only relevant factor.

The second, [#301], tells you where the song placed on the Beta List. After listening to each song twice, I made a quick outline of where I thought each song would place. This beta list turned out to be wildly inaccurate, with multiple songs moving over a hundred placements in every direction. While it's not an important number, it allows you to see how far a song rose or fell from my second impression. [Also: Write-ups were created starting from the bottom of the Beta List and working my way up. So if you ordered all rankings in topic based on Beta List Placement, then you'd be able to read everything in chronological order. ...There is absolutely no reason to ever do so, but it is something you could hypothetically do.]

Then you get the song listed in whatever format it was nominated in.

Nominator tells who nominated the song (obviously) and tells you where the song placed out of all of their nominations. For someone who nominated all 15 songs their lowest ranked song would be "15/15" and their highest "1/15".

The three values in parenthesis (0, 0, 0) tell you, in order, what score I assigned to the song on the first, second, and third times I went through the list of songs. While only the final value mattered, you can use it to determine which songs had consistent ratings and which ones had scores that would fluctuate wildly based on my mood.

...Also some songs have non-numbered scores, but those are rare and are completely open to interpretation as to what they meant.

[Initital Thoughts] is, naturally, a box where I could type whatever my first reaction to a song was. If I had any.

Then the actual write-up portion of the song.

Technically, this data existed back at my first topic, I just didn't share it with anyone. This time since the list changed so drastically from the original, I thought it might be fun to let people see where there songs might have placed on a different version of the list--so even if you have a song that dropped over a hundred placements, you can look at how high the song once placed, and know that some part of me enjoyed the song (just not the part that was doing the final write-ups). If you're one of the lucky songs to have risen over a hundred placements, then you can also look back and consider how close the song came to ending with a much lower placement.

...Also the write-ups in general are much shorter and having more detailed statistics might help a bit with that. There might be multiple songs with generic "I can't think of anything to say here" write-ups, but you can at least track how my opinion on the song changed over time, even if I couldn't find the words to explain it.

Second, standard "it's my topic and I'll be as furry as I want in it". I tried to restrain myself, but there's still lots of tail wagging whenever I'm happy or content with a nomination, so... just try to deal with it.
