| Umbreon 09/13/19 6:14:21 PM #28: | I'm of the opinion that Ash should have been retired at the end of Battle Frontier. While he lost the Hoenn Pokemon League, becoming the new leader of the Battle Frontier would have been a nice final send-off that both gives Ash something nice, and still gives him motivation to continue his training. D/P stars Dawn(Piplup was trying to be the new mascot for a while anyway), and we're spared the travesty of Ash losing to some random with a team of unexplained legendaries(Not that we officially know what the other four members of team was). Ash could even make cameo appearances from time to time.
