Nito is great for farming, but you gotta invest in those skills to get anything back from her. Np2-3 difference in damage isnt that great so unless you really want UMU then you can hold off on it. And between Marie and Astolfo it depends on whether you plan on getting Skadi or not. If you want Skadi pick Marie if not pick Astolfo. He has an NP charge and attack buffs to clear waves.
