I have been watching portion sizes and eating less carbs in general since January, dropped 60 lbs on a low-carb diet and eventually keto (225lbs to 165lbs) with minimal exercise. Usually ate one 1000kcal meal a day, mostly fat and protein with barely any carbs. Currently bulking with at least 120g of protein (600kcal) and 50g fat (450kcal) every day, anything else is carbs, which ranges anywhere from 60g to 200g, depending on whether or not I'm exercising.
