His "job" is more difficult than it needs to be due to his obsessive adherence to the schedule he sets (again, creating his own problems), but it's still a very easy job. He's not editing or collaborating with others or promoting his business (beyond some basic tweeting). Most days he does nothing to prepare for the stream--you can see that when he has to grind things to a halt to download an update or go find a controller. He rolls out of bed, shows up to stream (often late), begs and complains for an hour or more, and then plays a game for a few hours while reading shout outs and doing "reactionary" commentary.
