Dont really want to speak ill of the dead I don't really understand why it's thought to be bad to talk ill of a bad person just because they died. Disrespect to his family who, despite him being a horrible human being, have still lost a father and grandfather I can understand that line of reasoning if you are around the family or even in the same social circle.
