Let someone make mocking donations, and then true to provoke your viewers to beat the "troll". Given that Phil probably knew about PlanetJeff's 1k donation on the cat reveal stream, I certainly wouldn't put it past him. So no, this is not a case of "insult Phil as much as you want, as long as you give money" because he had no fucking problem throwing Tut under the bus even though he gave upward of 17.000 dollars.
