I agree that this is the case when a woman is blackmailed or coerced, because:

1. A man can easily overpower/harm a woman for this purpose, the opposite is typically not true and not done, statistically even.
2. A woman, depending on the society, is often far more vulnerable to blackmail than a man.

Yeah, if a male does this to a female, I would consider it a form of rape. But women are not doing this to males in any relevant capacity, nor does it hold as much weight or gravity in such cases.
