So here's the thing you don't understand.
They plead guilty to having sex with her in exchange for letting her go.
They don't deny it, so why are you?

With that being said, it doesn't matter if she suggested it.
Read that again. Keep reading it until it sinks in.
It doesn't matter who suggested the exchange, it's still illegal.
What they did was abhorrent and a gross abuse of power. Which they admitted.

They simply got their sentence lowered by abusing an old, irrelevant, and disgusting law to say "We didn't rape her, she wanted it!"
Which she can not legally consent due to the power imbalance.
