You're repeating yourself because you don't even understand the argument. The technicality you keep repeating is what the guy was asking about in the first place. He asked a legitimate question, you attacked him. That's the only thing that matters. No one is impressed that you think you understand a case better than the people who were actually involved (Judge, DA, etc)
