Plus its hard to know if underwhelming means actually underwhelming or hes not completely broken Seems hes worse than all the other DF exclusive LRs apparently and also worse than TEQ Broly, Caulifla/Kale and Goku/Frieza. At least thats what Im seeing people say. You also cant use his active skill until 3 turns after he transforms from the sound of it and transforming with him is fairly difficult.... ...
