| jpenny2 08/29/19 7:41:08 AM #116: | I know it's a minor thing, but it always annoys me when he says someone "stepped up" or needs to "step up." The term means taking responsibility or doing the right thing, and I think it's pretty repugnant of Phil to imply that his viewers basically owe him their support, as if anyone not "stepping up" to support Phil financially is somehow shirking their duty or doing less than what's expected of them.
