We spend some time arguing the specifics of how Taka's body was moved. Which may be relevant, but the game doesn't explain why, besides "we need to clarify". Feels like bad writing. They give you obvious evidence to fuel the gameplay sequence, but don't make it a point of anyone's innocence or guilt.

AA series is better in this field, the writing is much more tight and feels less like 4th wall breaking.

But hey, it leads to a random tempo battle with Celeste in the middle of the trial! Meh.

Anyway, it seems I was right the robot was a mislead. The question is how they made Hiro move around even though he doesn't remember it. My money is on him being an accomplice for some reason, so he's lying about being asleep.

Oh, the dolly becomes relevant. Still think the way it was discussed was awkward, but okay.

Reviewing the case's sequence of events there are at least 4 instances of Celeste telling them something happened and they taking her word for it. If you assume everything she says is a lie, the case will crack open.

I love it how they randomly all vote Makoto whenever you get a game over. It doesn't make sense but it's funny.

So Hifumi did it. He used notes to send both Hiro and Taka where he wanted, kill Taka and make Hiro take the fall. Doesn't explain how the robot was moving, but gives us a name for Taka's murderer. And I guess Celeste then killed Hiro.

Check out murderweapon.com/hammer for more info! LOL GJ.

Flashback bullets possible intended use: have you cross phrases from difference characters to reach conclusions. Flashback bullets actual in-game use: give you a way to use the arguments of Kyoko, aka the game's true protagonist, during trials.

Oh of course, the robot wasn't moving because it didn't exist. The game repeats it exists over and over so our brain fills in the gaps, but we never actually see it. Nice.

I missed part of the comic book section because I got a phone call and the game doesn't tell me that this section uses the Space button to pause instead of Esc. Godanmit.

So Hifumi was trickened into thinking he was doing it for a good reason. Well, at least he doesn't go down as a scumbag. Poor Hifumi.

lol Celeste wanted to be a vampire queen. Love this character.

A secret room, and more hints that they were in school before. But the game barely reveals anything. And then, turns out Sakura is the traitor! Didn't see that coming. Who is the hostage, Hina?
