| Topic | I don't think most people know the difference between a debit and credit card. |

Probably about 30% of the time, the person will tell me it's a credit card when it is, in fact, a debit card, which causes an error message and then I need to reprocess it. It's not a big deal, it's just a little ridiculous how commonly people get this wrong, especially when I try to make it as implicitly clear that there is a distinction between the two when I ask for their info. --- It feels like they're pretending.
