Well I mean it's sexist Yep, flies in the face of non discrimination and would lose if brought before a court for the same reason public schools can't force girls to wear dresses or skirts barring. If its their dress code, of course they could. Same as a club saying youre not allowed to wear sneakers or jeans. Im sure you and everyone else would comply with that or find another club.
