My problem with it is the story and the re-use of locations in lieu of having actual new places to go to. Which a lot of games do but it's positively criminal in this game. You traverse the same locations with about a 5% change in them due to plot stuff 3 times. 3 times! 4 times if you include the optional areas. Which are just the same areas again. Everything is great up until the plot takes a massive left turn into time travel nonsense for Act 3 which then proceeds to undo and remove all the character development that had taken place in Act 2. It removes all that good stuff and replaces it with absolutely nothing in return. --- FFVII Remake: A disaster in the making.
