Topic	How do some people live off 2-4 hours of sleep per night?
Rika_Furude 08/18/19 5:31:30 AM #46:	I regularly get 4-5 hours a sleep during work weeks. This is how i do it: 1) have a job with low physical requirements. I work in IT and sit at my desk an average of 8 hours a day 2) ive replaced water in my diet with coffee 3) i get 12+ hours of sleep a night on weekends Captain_Qwark posted...
