This, you don't have to make one. In earlier versions of Win10 they made the wording confusing and tricky to opt out, but have since actually gotten better about it.


what these guys said. i built my latest pc november last year, and reinstalled over my fresh install after learning that signing in with your microsoft account sets the default profile as the first 5 characters of your email, which is dumb as fuck. so i went back, made a local profile, and signed in to my account later.
