I mean, the kid has a point - by the dumb-as-dog-shit laws that Missouri has put out there, he was fully within his rights to do what he did. Wearing body armour is not illegal. It's an open carry state, so walking around Wal-Mart (or almost anywhere else) with an automatic rifle and a handgun aren't illegal. He made no threatening actions, said nothing that would indicate he was going to cause trouble, and basically did nothing I can see that rises to the level of illegal conduct. I honestly don't see how the prosecution has a case. Calling it now - charges will be dropped for this guy long before the case goes to trial.

If you don't want stupid people doing stupid things like this, don't pass stupid laws that explicitly permit stupid shit.
