I see folks walking around with guns in Walmart and around town in general all the time, there's nothing strange or shocking about it. Regardless, the guy was well within the law for his area. HornedLion posted... he admitted that his intent was to shock and/or terrify people and then see if they would let their natural animal instincts take over and cause a mass stampede or... they would look at him, and despite recent news say, Thats his God given right.
